I ordered some more supplies to use in my journaling Bible (I have this one) over the holidays and couldn’t wait to use them. With 4 little ones ages 8-2mos, it’s hard to find time to create these days. But it’s so worth it when I do!
The cold weather had me thinking of warmer weather! I wanted to journal something bright and colorful. Yellow has really been on my mind! And when I was these stickers that I had (for YEARS) I decided I had to use some of them.
“And they were bringing children to Him that He might touch them, and the disciples rebuked them. But when Jesus saw it, He was indignant and said to them, “Let the children come to me; do not hinder them, for to such belongs the kingdom of God. Truly, I say to you, whoever does not receive the kingdom of God like a child shall not enter it.” And He took them in His arms and blessed them, laying His hands on them.
I certainly know that I want to receive the Kingdom of God! I think we complicate life and religion gets in the way of our relationship to the Father. Lord help me have more childlike faith!
