Emma went outside today to get the mail for me and when she came back with this little package I was so excited! It’s my diffusing necklace I got from a little shop called Sacred Arrow.

You use your favorite oils with the jewelry. Right now I’m in love with Stress Away! Not only for the fact that it relieves my stress but for the way it smells! It’s Delightful!
You open up your necklace.
You put a drop or two on the insert that comes with the necklace.
Then you place the insert inside your necklace.
And close the necklace up. It’s as simple as that!
