Wow has 2020 been a crazy year or what?!
It’s been a hot minute since I have bible journaled and I have greatly missed it! There is just something about creating and spending time in God’s Word that is good for my soul!
This August marks the 6th year of Bible Journaling for me. I started in 2014 with this bible and this was my first page/entry.
Let’s Celebrate!!!
To celebrate 6 years of journaling, I’m offering $6 off all orders of $20+ on Digital Downloads in my shop! I have a ton of journaling sets to choose from… pages and pages!
Use code: CELEBRATE6 at checkout for $6 off order of $20+!

Do you Bible Journal?
If you haven’t started journaling yet, check out my post on busting myths of bible journaling and some tips to get started by clicking the picture below.
I always say you only need something to write on and something to write with to start bible journaling… but if you can have a super cute perfect shade of PINK journaling bible to create in then um I say YES PLEASE!
Dayspring has 2 new Illustrating Bible colors for preorder right now, preorder ends on Sunday August 30th (THAT IS TODAY!) and you’ll get a $75 value grab bag for free when you preorder.
One of the huge reasons why I haven’t been Bible Journaling much if at all is because I have been growing a tiny human and she is finally here! Meet Magnolia Louise! She was born on Monday August 17th at 5:25pm weighing 5 pounds and 15 ozs & 18.5 inches long. We are all so smitten with her.
Our days have been full of getting the house ready to add another kiddo. This summer we redid bedrooms, I painted well almost painted my entire house, put together beds and bookcases and organized like crazy…. and there is still more to do.
We have also been watching a lot of Youtube and the Kids are wanting for us to start vlogging again and posting videos. I’m entertaining the idea. It’s been a while since I have posted anything on my channel and it kinda sounds fun! Of course I’ll be sharing all things motherhood, wellness and faith, I mean everything I do/like can fall into one of those categories right?!
So if you want to follow along you can subscribe to my channel and hit that bell to know when I do post a video! Oh and we have 2 channels, one for just me ApileofAshes and then one for the family The Sanford Life. (Looks like I need to fix The Sanford Life channel art since we need to add Magnolia’s name to it! Eek!)
Is there anything you would like to see us post videos of?! Leave a comment below.
Also be sure to follow me on IG and connect over there! It’s my favorite platform!
